This focused total body strength workout is organized in grouped sets. A group of lower body exercises followed by a group of upper body exercises, which then get repeated before moving on to the next grouping of exercises.
Equipment Needed:
Full Sized Step with three risers under each side (for a weight bench ONLY, no step cardio)
A Set 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 pound dumbbells
A fitness mat
