Attention Cathe Live subscribers: June 14, 2018 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Total Body Step Circuit plus Core ” Live. This circuit style workout will mix short and simple-to-follow step cardio blasts along with compound and isolation strength training exercises to challenge the entire body. We’ll finish up with a short segment of core work & a stretch.

Equipment Needed:

A set of various weighted dumbbells (5-15 pounds)

A standard sized step with two risers underneath each side

A fitness mat
