Back by popular demand, here is another all standing, non stop, high rep, moderate weight workout that alternates from lower body to upper body for 20 straight exercises. Stay focused and work hard because it will be over before you know it.


Equipment Needed:


A variety of handweights (we’ll be using 5-15 pounds)
