Hi Cathe or educated crowd
I am starting this rotation today but am wondering if I would hurt my results by doing half a workout in the morning and finishing with the other half in the evening. I only have about 30-40 minutes in the morning but most of the workouts are longer than this. For example, would it be OK to do the first 5-6 intervals of Imax in the morning and then finish it in the evening.
Would I still get the same results as if I did the whole workout at one time?
