Hi, everyone!
This will be my 2nd road trip! I live in Ct., and will arrive on Fri.!!! I've been working out for years, but started with Cathe 3 years ago. I'm doing my usual workouts, as well as trying to learn the choreography of the step routines in 4ds. My stepping has improved over the last year, thankfully!
I have a smart and beautiful 6 yr old daughter. I'm 42, but feel much younger!!! Take care, Nancy J.~~~

Hi everyone.

This will be my 3rd Road Trip. I live in Texas with my DH of 25 years and our 2 dogs(avatar). DD is in college and lives with us off and on when she is between housing. I fell in love with Cathe's workouts in 2005. This past year I have kind of been on again off again with my workouts. I am trying to concentrate on improving my workouts before the Road Trip so I won't be lying on the floor of Cathe's gym gasping for air. So if you see me wandering the room taking pictures, you can think "Oh that's sweet of her to give up her workout to take pictures" or you can think "She couldn't finish the workout and is trying to look like she's doing something". I'll never tell which one it is. LOL. Look forward to meeting new friends and catching up with ones from past road trips.

Hi All! This will be my THIRD RT! I can't wait to meet you "new" trippers and see my "old" tripper friends again! I guess I am the oldie-but moldie here. I am 55 til Nov and have 2 beautiful kids, a daughter who is married with 3 of THE CUTEST kids in the world. We also have a son. MY DH is Dave, who is my best friend whom I've had the pleasure of being married to for 36 years! I teach Hi/Lo aerobics and muscle endurance classes for many years and found Cathe in 1999. I can't thank her enough for all the great ideas I get to use with my students. (They aren't quite as HAPPY as I am! Ha!) I am looking forward to seeing you all. It's going to be another GREAT time and total blast! "Sleep-up"...you are going to need that extra rest before you arrive!

I guess I'll chime in my name is Diana I am 43 and a Jersey Girl this will be my first road trip I have been married for 16 years to Ken we have 2 pets. I'm pretty quiet but once I get comfortable with people you wont be able to shut me up LOL!. I heard of Cathe before but never tried her until about 2 years ago when I finally got fit channel in my area (I live in the sticks) I have always been fit but doing Cathe really stepped it up a notch I always thought I was pretty strong until I tried her workouts yikes she is fierce!!! my fav's are MM DM and B&G. I hope to make new friends on the road trip and find a group to be in the relay with Can't wait to meet everyone!
