Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, July 30th at 9:15am EST, we will be doing "Cardio Mish Mosh" Live! This class is all about cardio conditioning using a variety of fitness "toys". Expect to work through a series of familiar cardio drills (with each drill varying in intensity) while using bands (as markers), a set of 5 pound weights, a set of 8 pound weights and a fitness mat. High calorie burn and fat loss are the main focus of this workout.


Equipment needed:

One long fitness band (as a marker on the floor).

A set of 5 & 8 pound Dumbbells

A fitness mat
