Attention Cathe Live subscribers: July 12th, 2018 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Bootcamp: Blast and Burn” Live. This fast paced workout is about stamina, strength & endurance all wrapped in one. We’ll be working in rounds, kicking each one off with a cardio blast before moving into a wide variety of strength/endurance based exercises. Some cardio blasts will use the step but the exercises are not choreographed. Just short and sweet (I mean sweat ).
Equipment Needed:
A full sized step at an 8 inch step height (2 risers under each side)
Various weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 8’s, 10’s, 12’s and 15’s)
Two gliding devices
A fitness mat
