Hi ladies. Kind of bummed - no workout today. I was going to get up and do maybe Supersets or some other total body, but Caitlyn got me up a few times last night (think she's getting the cold from hell) and I was too tired. Figured I would do a run during lunch, but we had a meeting that ran long. If I don't get to the gym by 11:30, all the treadmills are taken. Oh well! My car wouldn't start this morning, so I'll be walking home from the train. So at least there's that!
Hottie, things must be crazy there in LA. I can't imagine. I'd take a break from heavy lifting for a few more days and then see how you feel. Maybe you don't need a whole week, but you don't want to aggravate your back even more.

Chris, I made it through about an hour of the Bachelorette before I fell asleep. So, I'll have to try to get to the last half tonight. I hope she gets rid of the weasel!! How was the Jari workout? Did you see Mindy has two new workouts? One is for the Bosu and one is called WORKOUT! There's not much description on her website, though.
Kathy, how was Plyo Legs? Maybe that's one I'll try to fit in before we leave.
