Good morning, amigas! Kathy, thumbs up on the ME soreness! That's a good feeling. I have a feeling I'll have it tomorrow -- as some may have seen, I could not find my pyramids dvd !, so I ended up doing that 4DS total body premix -- 97 minutes! It took me an hour and 44 minutes -- I did a little bit of a warm up and took some breaks for nose blowing, water refreshing.

It was fun to lift heavy again! Well, sort of. At times I thought to myself "I'm never gonna' do meso 3 again!" I just about matched Cathe's weights, which is new for me -- I never tried before, because I just figured I couldn't. I think some of it was mental, but I do think I'm stronger. I like the idea of one heavy day a week, but lighter weights the rest of the week. I'm definitely going to try to do some total body STS work somehow.
I'm certain I must have loaned pyramids to my friend who does Cathe a little bit, but doesn't have nearly the selection I have, and she must have forgotten to bring it last time I saw her (she lives in SF, so we don't see each other all that often). I sure hope she has it, because if not, I guess I'll have to fork out for another copy. Or something.
I have a babysitter coming today so I can get to work for a decent day of work. Haven't done that in a while!
I'll have to put Benjamin Buttons in my queue -- didn't realize it was on dvd already. Vilma, I see you've been reading some great books. I just started The Daily Coyote. In a nutshell.... woman from NYC moves to SF and then rides her vespa all the way back to NYC. Falls in love with Wyoming when she passes through. After one or two months back in NYC, she relocates to Wyoming. She ends up raising an abandoned coyote pup. She had a blog thedailycoyote.com, but I don't even know if it's still there -- we used to follow it, and I saw the book in a store before father's day, so gave it to Larry. He says it's light, but good.
Have a great day!
