Chris, did you see that Cathe posted the Aug. rotation? I'm surprised -- she's amazing -- so busy all the time...... anyway, it looks pretty interesting -- that last week with two plyo leg days!!!

Let me know if you want to re-think. I'm pretty open. I think this week will be something like this:
Sat: pyramid lower
Sun: cc & barre
Mon: pyramid upper
Tues: imax 3 (you made me do it!)
Wed: pyramid total body premix
Thurs: kbell, if I can handle it -- not sure!! maybe a barre workout
Fri: stretch
As you can see, I'm not doing as much cardio these days!! I'm not sure I can do Cathe's weights and less cardio -- I think the reason I've been getting away with less cardio is that I've been doing circuits or total body weights that have a cardio factor.
Your beach getaway sounds fun! Nice to be flexible, and nice to have a quick getaway!!
Yes, the webcam is cool -- in theory -- I haven't viewed anything yet! Have to get to a different computer for that.....
Anyone else in on Cathe's Aug. rotation? If I do that, I'll have to sub for some of the older workouts she has -- I don't own them. And, I'm just dying to do pyramids again, so that's why I'm doing this week the way I am..... I may be crazy to do three days of it..... might sub in a circuit for the total body.
