July '05 Rotation: 08/08

Hi!

Today's rotation called for Leaner Legs. I like a bit of cardio every day, so I did SJP step, then LL. I really did *not* want to workout this morning, but it's such a routine for me that before I knew it I found myself standing in the middle of the living room, ready to go. So I did it. Glad it's done :) Anyone else do it?

I didn't do it - don't have LL. Not sure what I'll do tonight. By the end of the day, my energy is drained. I"ll check back later to report what I did.

Sandra sounds like you got in a great workout! :)
 
Last night I did 30 min on the elliptical. I had L&G in the DVD set to go and my parents showed up. My mom got a crib from my aunt and they brought it over.
