July '05 Rotation: 08/06

Hello! Today's rotation called for 30 minutes of cardio of choice, so I did BodyMax step-portion. I really like that workout, especially since I do it all low-impact LOL!

The rotation goes for a week before putting any upper body weight work in, so I decided to add a short upper body segment in between. I did BootCamp Upper Body Premix (10 mins, and hits every muscle). I *used* to find that premix easy! I think I'll actually be feeling some DOMS from it this time.

Are you still doing July rotation? I checked out July rotation and it certainly looks doable. So did you just end your 1st week? Maybe I'll join in at the 2nd week. ;)

I was so bummed - I usually work out after work in the evenings (anywhere between 6:00-7:30), well don't ya know it, on Friday night our power went off at 5:30 and didn't come back on until 10:00. I know that I could've done the elliptical or went outside for a walk but with no a/c and it being too hot outside I just gave up!! x(
