Good morning,

The rotation called for CTX Kickbox today, so I subbed KPC premix #1 instead (cardio conditioning drills). I took out the impact and still got a good workout.

Dana - that's a lot of corn!!!! Sounds yummy, though.

Julie - doesn't bother me that you are doing the rotation any way you want. Please do keep checking in and telling us how you're doing.
