July '05 Rotation: 08/03

Good day!

This morning Push Pull was on the rotation, but I'm a sucker for cardio, so I did Body Fusion step-only segments, followed by PP. Good workout!

Dana - I'm not a fan of lunges, either. But they are definitely good for you. I'm sorry you had an emotional evening last night. DH's can be real idiots some times. Have you sorted everything out, or shall I call my voodoo consultant and have her stick some pins and needles into a doll?

Julie - I've been really happy to do HSCircuit while pregnant. It's a great intensity level, and actually fun. I do the workout with 8lbs, and that seems about right to me, for now.

Well Sandra, get your voodoo doll out!!! HA! No we haven't talked -did not say 2 words to him this morning. Tonight we were supposed to go and pick 300 ears of corn to freeze. Not looking forward to it at all since it is supposed to be 95 here. I'd rather do lunges anyday!!! So depending on what we do or if I have the time, I'll do P/P and of course walk at lunch.

You're lucky to get your workouts done in the am - always seems like I"m rushing around in the evenings. I'm hoping to get on a morning workout schedule while I"m on maternity leave.

Low Max - intervals 4-7

Um, so does it matter that I check in at a rotation that I'm constantly changing? Seems like my weeks are planned day to day!
