Hi! It's August!! And the start of Week 2 of the July rotation. This morning Push Pull was on the menu, but since I'm a cardio-addict, I preceeded it with Basic Step. Good workout.

Hi all! I just got back from my 1 mile walk. I've got to be nuts - it is soooo hot out there. Tonight I'm going to do Push/Pull. I LOVE strength training so this will be no problem for me. I really feel as if I'm losing my strength though. I did HS Circuit on Sat and only used 5lbs :( I'm anxious to see what I can use tonight for P/P. Before this preg, I was able to do 12/15/20 for biceps in PUB, just as an indicator of how much strength I've lost and I was able to leg press 200 at the gym, now I struggle to do leg presses on the high step w/15lbs. Boo-hoo!
