Hi!
Today's workout, according to Cathe's rotation, was supposed to be the first 5 intervals of IMAX2, and the abs from KPC. So I did LowMax intervals 4-7, and Leisa Hart's prenatal abs/kegel/stretch segment.
Dana - 4 miles!!! Wow!! What happened? Did your car break down on the interstate? LOL!
Julie - CleanMax is always a great workout. I have to do that myself this morning.
