Good morning,

This morning Power Circuit was on the rotation, but since I no longer do Cathe's hi/lo and cardio kickboxing, I substituted BodyMax leg circuits. It's a 30 minute workout that is very, very similar to Power Circuit, except that the cardio is all done on the step. It was a quick, intense little workout.

If anyone is planning on doing the home-made Power Circuit workout that I suggested, I just want to clarify that you only circuit *one* of the leg weight segments between each cardio segment, *not* all six at a time (yowsa!).

Julie - I like High Step Circuit. I didn't use it much before pregnancy, but am finding it to be perfect now. And if you use the mix 'n match feature, you can get a decent pregnancy core workout that is kind of like Bootcamp Lite.

Dana - I think your workout yesterday sounded great!! You did 100 walking lunges?? I'm very impressed. I don't think I could do 10; just walking up the stairs these days leaves me breathless for a good minute or so!

Good morning! Today I'm going to walk at lunch. My co-worker goes with me and we usually go 1 mile but since it is supposed to be in the 70's (finally) I"m going to suggest going 1.5 miles (we only have 1/2 lunch until school starts back up). Then tonight I'm either going to do High Step Circuit or walk 3 miles. There is a nice walking trail near our house which is 3 miles. There are some parts that are very hilly so it is a great workout!
