Someone posted a website some time ago and I can't find that post. I would like to return to the cite, but I can't find it. It was a website where you could input what you ate for the day and your fitness goals and it would tell you if your intake would work for your goals. If anyone remembers that sight...could you let me know? Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for or not, but a few that come to mind for me are: fitday.com, and/or calorieking.com.

Thanks Deborah! I have been looking for something with more detail on what I "should" be eating.

Does it also track eating???

This website will track what you are eating but won't tell you "what" to eat as in "Eat 3 oz of Roast Turkey Breast today." But will tell you how much to eat as in 2100 calories at a 30/50/20 split. I've been using it for 7 weeks now.

Check out my response to boydjess here....

It's a long post but worth the read.

Also, if you decide to use the site, if you use my e-mail [email protected], I get a referral point. If I refer 7 people, I get a free t-shirt. I've got one point so far! LOL

Oh, when you download the e-book (which is totally free), save it to your hard drive, because you will use the info again.

Good luck!
