Hi to all you Cathe Fans! I am new and have thoroughly enjoyed finding this site. I teach aerobics in my area and have found over the past few years that I have to work so much harder at maintaining my weight. I am 47, in very good condition cardiovascularly and at one time several years back, got into strength training. It did great things for me as I battle 5-10 pounds always. I just bought my first 4 of Cathe's videos(MIS,MIC,INTERVAL MAX & STRONG LEGS & ABS.) I would appreciate any suggestions on losing that LAST 10 pounds and losing fat.(With bathing suit weather around the corner!!!) I try to eat good, but I do cheat somewhat. Maybe having all you new friends out there to help inspire me, I can stay better committed to what I eat. Thanks for all the caring you all seem to have--Cathe's thoughtfulness & genuine care for others must be CONTAGIOUS!! Looking forward to reading with you tons more!!
