Hello Kathy,

I have the johnny g spinner and I love it!! The videos that come with it are challenging for me and I also use it to circuit train with my treadmill. I consider my spinner to be a great investment. Hope this helps!!!

Hi, I have two of Johnny G's older spinning tapes and they are pretty good. I have my own spinning bike, so I can't vouch for either the bike that he is selling now, or his new tapes. However, I can say that I have enjoyed using his tapes, especially the more advanced one. I would say that I use it around once every two weeks or so. I alternate between that tape and one called Precision Cycling by Jay Blahnik (sp?). That tape is available through Collage.

Johnny G has a unique style that some may find annoying. He can be very motivating, though. Overall, a very good way to crosstrain with Cathe's step tapes for cardio.
