Jari Love - Ripped 1000 - What Equipment is Needed?

Hello,
I just purchased Ripped 1000 but now I am concerned that I do not have all the equipment that is needed to effectively do this workout. Can someone please tell me what is needed?

A step and DB's (I can't remember if a barbell will come in handy, but you could easily sub DB's if this is true). Have fun!
