This morning I did Hardcore Extreme #1. I'll see if I can get those walking lunges in later. I'll do some ab work, but it won't be 500 sit-ups!

Oh good thing you mentioned those 400 walking lunges and 500 sit ups. I forgot and thought it was hust a HCEX workout! I plan on doing this later as I want to try and feel better first. I was sick this weekend. Great work Marietta!

I turned off the alarm!! Actually on the end of week 3. I will swim at lunch and then try to fit SPJ and Core 3 in tonight between helping DD study and cooking and all that.
 
YIKES! I forgot about the lunges and the sit ups too! :eek: I'm doing The Viper at nap time as a sub since I don't have HC EX. I will do the other stuff where ever I can fit it in. Maybe I'll do half of the ab work and half of the walking lunges BEFORE I do the Viper and then do the rest tonight. I too will not be doing all of those sit ups. I will do as many as I can and then get to 500 with crunches. I've never done 400 walking lunges but I think I'm capable..especially if I split them up.:)
 
Hi there. Got 250 situps/crunches and 200 walking lunges done and followed that up with The Viper at nap time. Tonight (Like NOW!) I have to repeat the situp/crunch and lunge cycle in order to complete the day's work out. I wonder how my poor legs are gonna feel tomorrow??? I did the viper on 4" even though I have begun using 6" regularly except for a few work outs because I didn't want to cripple myself! LOL

Tomorrow is KM and LIS so if I make it through KM and can still walk I will do LIS at 6 or maybe even 8"...I PROMISE!}(
 
Just finished Step Jump Pump and core max 3. That combination really fries the abs! I did all but the very last hi-lo on the rebounder, which was quite fun and burned over 400 calories on the whole work-out! Tomorrow, three CTX cardios. I am going to do 10-10-10, all Step and Step and Intervals.
 
Great job on your workouts yesterday ladies!! Dorothy you get to swim...how awesome is that??!!

Today called for Kick Max, but I didn't feel like doing that one so I did KPC...it's just more fun for me. I'll go for a run later in place of the Step Cardio

Wendy - did you get the rest of those lunges and situps done? Can you walk today??

Dorothy - I see you are close to the end of week three...what rotation will you do next?

Terri - Doing double duty today aren't you?? Don't hurt yourself...you could do yesterdays workout on the rest day for this week...just a thought.

Hey there!

Yeah, I got my sit ups/crunches and lunges done last night! I have some DOMS today for sure but I was able to work through it for km and lis. I started lis on 6" and then bumped it up to 8" after the first step combo. I'd say that I worked it GOOD! ;)

I'm here. Did 3 CTX cardios today, 10-10-10, all step, and Step and Intervals for 70 minutes of cardio, phew! Tomorrow is the 3rd week rest day, but I will probably do an easy lactate ridding swim at lunch! I am sore from Master's swim practice Sunday, working a lot of breaststroke.

Not sure what I will do next, I don't always follow Cathe's rotations, just here and there, so I will probably take a few days recovery and rest after next week, and then think about my goals and plan accordingly.
