Today is the Triple Threat and I'll be doing Step Works and SB combos 1, 2, 3 add-on since I don't have the CTX DVD's. Also CoreMax #3.

It'll be tonight before I can get it in. Church this morning and then we are going to be at the church for Ronnie's funeral at 1:30 for the 3:00 funeral to get a seat. Visition was 6 to 8 last night and we arrived at 6 and was in line for two hours. At 8 when we left, the line was outside wrapped all the way around the funeral home, twice as long as when we got in line. I doubt they were through by 11 last night. He was a special special person who people wanted to be around because of his wonderful love for everybody. Just doesn't make much sense.... but I guess there are things we aren't meant to understand in this life.:-(
 
Good day fitness folk. I know most of you are taking a rest day, but I have begin week 4. Circuit Max followed by 10-10-10 cardio. It took 90 minutes. Tomorrow is IMAX 2 and I think I'll follow it with some RS work. Have a great day. Phyllis

Hello ladies! Yesterady was my off day because I had to go out of town very early in the morning and wasn't back til 10pm. So today I am doing MIC hi/lo followed by CTX Kickbox followed by MIC Step portion. I best get jumping!:) Susan
 
Hi everyone-
Rest day here. I am planning on starting early tomorrow with day 1 week 4, therefore I will post later. My goal is to do CM at 6:00am then get kids to school and hydrate and get right back to the bike for 30" in place of 10-10-10.

Jane- It is very hard for us to understand why people pass in when they are so well loved. Sometimes I feel God chooses these people to become angels for a his own uses.
