Hi, bfj. Great job on finishing the rotation...such a feeling of accomplishment, isn't it? What are your workout plans now?
This week of the rotation for me is a little mixed up, but still staying with the general idea of what Cathe laid out for it. Since I got the ok from the doc yesterday, I did Legs & Glutes this morning. I am going to hold off one or two more days on lifting upper body, just to not press my luck. I have kickboxing class tonight, and tomorrow I may do upper body.
Anyway, I am wondering what everyone's going to do starting next week for a rotation until Hardcore...what are your plans?
