January Rotation 1-21

I have some catching up to do. I took my rest day yesterday because of the death of my neighbor. When I got off work, we were out the door to the hospital and then back to the home.

My plan is this....


SJP and a run this morning.

Triple threat this afternoon. I don't have the CTX cardios except for All Step, so what I'm planning on is doing Step Works since I haven't done this one yet and then SB combo 1, 2, 3 add-on. This will give me a 1 1/2 hour w/o.

CoreMax tomorrow.

This may change and I may wind up doing only SJP and run today and the rest tomorrow. I'll have to see what today brings. The funeral home visitation will not be until 7 tonight but DD is here and she is pretty fragile right now, so she comes first.

Just finished SJP and a 30 min run. Off to the shower and to get groceries. I may have been a little ambitious in my earlier post. More than likely, Triple Threat and CM#3 tomorrow.
 
Hi Jane and everyone. Triple threat is complete. I didn't think the calorie burn was going to be too much but was impressed with the 400 it racked up.

Total calories burned for the week was 2010. A little lower than last week but Tuesday's workout was mostly weights. I only got a few calories from the legs press segments in ME and a marginal amount from the jacks/run.

Jane: Step Works is a workout I did a lot when I first started using Cathe. A month or two ago I started using it again and was very impressed on the calorie burn I still get from it. You'll love it.

Next week looks tough but I'll not think about it now! I'm going to enjoy my rest day tomorrow. Everyone have a great day.
 
Wow Jane! Your schedule does sound a little ambitious! Sorry to hear about your neighbor - can't be a happy time.

I completed SJP and CM3 this AM. I will start week 4 tomorrow with CircuitM and 10-10-10 cardio. Maybe this week, I'll do the entire rotation. Usually I end up with 2 rest days. It all depends on what life throws at me.

I won't know about my job until Mon Wah!!! Don't they realize how anzious I am? Of course I'm trying to read too much into it. Does waiting mean its positive or negative? Ooh, I'm tired of thinking about it! Have a good day. Phyllis

Good morning all. I took a rest day on Thursday, so I'm a day behind. I don't have SJP, so I subbed 30 minutes of Rhythmic Step and High Step Challenge Advanced. Burned 689 caolories. Feeling much better about sticking to my workouts this week!

Jane - I am very sorry about your neighbor. I am remembering him in prayer, along with Jes' brother. I'm glad to read you will not double up on these workouts. Thy are pretty taxing as written.

I did Step BLast and a 32" strength spinning program. I wanted a more continuous flow cardio than doing 3 CTX cardios, and step Blast as produced was fine. I jumped right on the bike at the end of the step challenge. Then I did the SB cool down and stretch last.

Next week looks challenging, but If we got through the first 3 weeks, we can do the last week too!
