Hi ladies,
Today was CTX upper body, Cardio gliding 30min., power yoga 10 min. and abs 10 min.
I think it's great NOT to compare one to another. We are all sooooo different. We are here to support each other for any or none amount of exercise we get. The best person to compare oneself with is oneself! To me that's when I am the happiest. What do you ladies think?

today's workout: cathe's bootcamp!! my favorite!! my biceps are hurting right now!!

Yes, you are right...we are all so DIFFERENT and we can't compare each other..but I tend to be a little hard on myself..I guess being the oldest of 4..I have that type of personality!! lol...

But, I am happy especially when I do my best in my workouts!!

Hi everyone,

Did Bootcamp this morning. I do like this workout but rarely do it.

Tonight I plan on going home and doing some gliding, maybe the lower body workout and stretching.

Good Morning Everyone,
I think it is BC as well for me today.If I have time I may do a little run after or during.After every interval I use to hop on the mill for 5 minutes, so I also got a 40 min run in to.I don't know if I will have time today b/c I need to do a little cleaning.

Good morning! This morning was Boot Camp for me. I was dreading it after Monday's PLB and yesterday's IMax, but it was fine. I forgot how much fun BC is! I just had ot modify the squat thrust climbers because of my wrist.

Ladies, thanks so much for all your kind words yesterday. I sometimes hesitate mentioning DH's death, because I don't want people thinking I am out for the sympathy. I DO appreciate all the support and comments. Cathe's workouts (working out in general), besides my children, has been one of the most important things that has gotten me thru the last 18 months. And it will carry me through the next 18 years raising these boys! So, thank you!

Today is bootcamp on the schedule. OK I just gotta do it and be done. Right now it time for cheerios and coffee. A a true "comfort" breakfast on a cold day for me!
I agree bfj about not comparing. I mentioned in a previous post not to fret about any one elses workouts we r on our own individual journeys...

Good morning everyone,

Today was Bootcamp "everything but core" premix and then I did 20 min of pilates. What a struggle this morning that was!! I have just recently changed over to mornings for my workouts. This was the first time I did Bootcamp and it was not easy!! If it weren't for this check-in I don't know if I would get up. It helps me stay motivated knowing I need to check-in. I agree with the other posters about everyone being different and not comparing eachother. Let's all be there for one another and get our butts ready for bikini season}( .

I will be doing Bootcamp today, too -- in about 10 minutes. I've done it once before and I loved it -- HOWEVER, I usually workout late afternoon and today I have to workout in the morning. That might be difficult (especially since I worked out rather late yesterday (5 p.m.).

But this check-in and following Cathe's rotation make me move forward and do it when I would normally wimp out.

Today was a BC day for me also, but I don't have it, so I did ME instead. Kind of dreading MIC tomorrow, it isn't one of my favs..
 
Hi good morning. Today is bootcamp for me too. I love this workout. I have bootcamp two times during this week and that´s one of the reason why I have chosen this rotation. I am agree with BFj. Everybody is different. I don't have a husband or children and I can train during 2 hours each day. I am a lucky woman.I am in the day 1 week 3 of my rotation . I know it is my second rotation in two months but I can not believe I have lost weight during the Cristhmas's holidays. Can you believe it? . My pant are looser and I feel my legs and butt tigher. I think it is going to help you to work hard.

Good morning everyone,

I'm still in my rotation. So this morning for me was BC (upper body) + MIC (step portion) and BC core. Thanks Breckgirl my obliques really got a workout:) .

Hi!

Today was rest day for me. Tomorrow I'll be right on schedule again with MIC. Usually I really dislike my rest days, but this time I have to say it felt almost good. My legs are still sore from PLB, IMax1 and BC!

Good job everyone, and I agree, it's always best to remember we're working out for ourselves, so that we feel better, not to prove anybody else anything. Besides, it's we are the ones who have to live in the bodies we have, so...;) You should all feel so proud of you hard work!

From doing PLB on Monday and IMAX 2 yesterday, my legs have been screaming at me! I also walked uphill (and it's quite a hike) from work to home yesterday. It's not far but I could hardly sit myself down last night.

I love bootcamp, hopefully I can squeeze it in during lunch because I have a party to go to tonight right after work. Not going to stress about it though:)
 
Good Morning, Today was MIC for me. It is not one of my favorites but I did it! I work out on a hard floor and the high impact during the hi low really jars my joints so I sometimes make it a bit lower impact. I certainly felt worked out when it was done!
 
Hi -

6 am Bootcamp. I really love this workout. I feel nice and cooked when I'm finished. I was doing Bootcamp and ME once a week and it gave me nice definition. I think once this rotation is over, I'll go back to working them in.

You ladies are always an inspiration. It's nice to have an upbeat place to come.

Today was Bootcamp for me too. I thought I was going to die, as my legs were sore from PLB yesterday. I find this workout SO hard for me, and I don't know why. My core strength has improved so much in the last few months.

Funny story, I was in the middle of Bootcamp, and the phone rang. I usually never answer the phone during a workout, but the kids had just left for school and the weather was bad so I thought better safe than sorry. It was the Marines calling for my oldest son - here I am in the middle of Bootcamp and the Marines are on the phone...too funny!
