Each round consists of a cardio component followed by legs, upper body and core. This workout is all about cardio conditioning and muscle endurance so get ready to move and groove!

Equipment needed:

A full sized step at either a six or 8 inch height (8 is higher intensity)

A variety of handweights

A mini step mat

Lol yes, there will be! But I don’t think it’s going up next week. But when it does go up, it will be another 30 minute workout and the beauty of it is that you can do each of them separately or put them together for one long challenging workout.
