Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Jan 21st, 2021 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Opposites Attract” LIVE! This intense total body workout will focus on supersetting opposing muscle groups from start to finish (well except for shoulders and abs, wink)!
Equipment Needed:
A set of 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15 pound handweights (or heavier if desired for squats and deadlifts)
A stability ball
A medium tension resistance tube
A fitness mat
Optional...two little weight plates to slightly elevate your toes and heels for a set of squats and deadlifts
