You no way look like 43. Maybe your 20s yes, but not 40s. WOW!

Exercising and eating healthy is the only way you could be 43 and still look like you are in your 20s.

I'm proud of you, you are doing such a great job and it makes me want to stay with it and hopefully look younger than I am as well. You are an inspiration to say the least.
