Jan rotation? Tues Jan 31

I didn't wake up eary enought this AM, so I am going to try to WO after work. I've warned my family, so hopefully this will work . I plan on doing S&H shoulders and PH shoulders followed by KPC abs. I have to mull over the Feb rotation and decide what I'm doing. I'm thinking that I may incorporate some upper body work into it. Have a great day. Phyllis

Phyllis , me too! I'm going to follow the Feb.rotation but add u/b on the short cardio days!

Today I did the u/b premix of SS and am going to do an hillclimbing walk on the treadmill. That'll be my cardio AND l/b work today!

I am going to dive into this rotation on Monday, I like that Cathe planned the same "long" day every week, it will be easier to get up earlier that day if it remains consistent, at least for me.

Today was a good mishmosh:

All Step - warm up and cardio,
KickMax - low impact drills and leg conditioning
KPC - ab section and stretch.

The Feb. rotation looks to be what I will do beginning week 3. This week is half done for me because I started on Sunday andwill take off Friday. Next week we are away. I will join in on Feb 12 or 13.

This is my plan this week:
Sun- K max ( omilt leg drills) + 300 jumping jacks
Mon- Hardcore Extreme #1
Tue- ME + 400 jumping jacks + 10" jumping rope + 5" calf stretching
Wed- "short cardio challenge" from week 1 of Feb. Imax3 wu through intv'l 3, KM blast only, hi-jog 45 sec in place, cool down, stretch. abs choice
Thurs-45 treadmill run, core max 1 segment
Friday- leave for vacation

OOh I'm late checking in today. Just too many meetings! Don't they know that there's important rotation decisions to be made today? LOL.

I think for the rest of this week I will be doing my own thing and will pick up Cathe's February rotation on Monday. That will mean I will get to the end of the four week rotation on March 4. Looking at my calendar that'll also seque nicely into April.

I like the idea of long and short cardio days. Some days will be tough like January's rotation, but not all days. I really loved January's rotation but don't think the old body can take that kind of abuse every day for another month.

Ok gals, I'm with you. I'll start the Feb rotation on Sun., and may add in some upper body. I've always started my rotations on Sun. I like Sat as my rest day.

Tonight, I did do shoulder and ab work. Tomorrow will be tris and some cardio! Later. Phyllis
