Jan Rotation Mon 1-23

Good morning Phyllis and all that follow....


I did not get my w/o in yesterday due to the funeral and DH wanting the big TV in the living room for the football game last night. I didn't mind, I wasn't in the mood for a w/o anyway.

Today is Triple Threat (Step Works and SB combo 1,2,3 add-on) for me and CoreMax #3

I'll be a day behind but that's okay.

Good Morning everyone!

I'm going to try to jump on board YET AGAIN and at least complete the last week of this rotation.
Jane- what if you start back with todays workout and then tack the Triple Threat on at the end of the week? Then you'll be doing all the workouts at the same time as everyone else?? Just a thought.

Anyway, today calls for circuit max plus 10-10-10 ! I hope I'm ready , after a lazy weekend w/o any workouts!!

I'll be honest and tell you guys if this workout includes a call to the paramedics!!:p

It's rainy and it's Monday.....but I hope we all have a GREAT day!!:D
 
Hi Everyone!
I did Cardio & Weight for my Circuit WO early this morning. Truth be told, I did Circuit Max on Friday instead of SJP. Now I am ready to to the 10-10-10. I may hop on the bike and do 30" interval spinning to minimize impact while still getting in a good cardio chalenge. Any way I'm getting in the same intensity and cardio. Yahoo, We are on the home stretch!!!!

My reward for this rotation will be a one week vacation first week in Februray with DH. It has been a good motivater to get me through these workouts these past few weeks. Not to mention, I'm hoping I'll look a little better thatn when I started.

Ok, I came back to add that I ended up on the Treadmill doing a gradually increasing speed session. I stayed one or two minutes at each speed and increased by .3mph each interval. It gave me a good warm up and was a bit different than 10-10-10. My perceived exertion is always greater on the TM than anywher else. My calorie burn seems to be higher on the bike though. It might be fun to get a HRM that I can use consistently for all workouts to compare fairly.

Tomorrow I expect to do IMAX2 and biking as prescribed. Only 5 more workouts in this rotation ladies!!!! :7 :7 :7 :7 :7

I'm back and I did CM and 10-10-10 ! Good workout!!
And good news......NO PARAMEDICS NEEDED!!:D

Am enjoying a blueberry/peach smoothie and then it's off to the showers!!
 
wow, great work everyone! i've been in hiding, trying to prepare myself for teaching my bootcamp and step classes this week. :) but today, I plan on doing C&W. I love that one, its so much fun!

I am so ready to tackle this final week! Bring it on!! I am doing CM today with the last 30 minutes of KPC.

I measured myself this morning and since last Monday.. I lost 1/2 inch off my waist and 1/4 inch off my hips and my thighs! My weight however is the same...ggrrr! Thank you Cathe!:)

Hi Girls. Circuit Max and 10-10-10 complete. Finally we're on our last week (and I haven't given up LOL). I'm dreading the 80 push ups and mega jumping jacks, sit ups later this week. I don't know about anyone else, but I feel so much stronger and maybe even a little firmer since starting this rotation. Anyone else feel that way?

Very rainy dreary day here in Delaware but at least it isn't snow! Everyone enjoy your day.
 
LOL Judy, my scale and I are also at odds. Female hormones are suspected for me as well. Since starting this rotation I have lost a measly tenth of a pound and I'm eating clean and within my calorie range too. Hoping that this week will at least reward me with a little eensy *something* on the scale.

But, I do feel stronger and tighter around the middle. My clothes all fit better too. All successes can't be measured on the scale (but it sure would be nice).
 
PWMAtt: I reached out to you on one of our threads. I guess you didn't see it. Anyway, I am in Wilmington but grew up in Salem (more specifically Oakwood Beach in Elsinboro township). I've been in the Wilmington area for about 25 years. Nearly all my family is still in or around Salem so I drive thru P'ville quite frequently. Did you grow up in Pennsville?
