What's up girls!?

Are you all still hangin' in there? Today starts week 3!!! WOO HOO!!

I had to play around with my work outs because I had to take an unscheduled rest day on Friday so Thursday was done as is but sat/sun were rearranged to play catch up on what I missed friday...

Saturday: in the morning I did L&G (friday's work out) and in the evening I did 30 mins of CM (w/o wt work) and CTX KB kickboxing cardio(fri and sat cardio requirements combined)

Sunday: PUB (Saturday's work out)

Today I will do a Terminator in place of an HC EX but I am leaving out any UB weight work since I did PUB yesterday and ME is on tap for tomorrow.

I weighed and measured my BF this morning. I am quite pleased. Seems I have lost about 2 pounds and my BF is down a little over 1% as well! :+ :7 :+

Hope everyone else is seeing results too!:)
 
Howdy, look at me, I am wearing my size 8's!

No work-out for the weekend, as I was at DD's swim meet, but the scale was not too bad considering the weekend away.

Today was day3 on week 4, power hour 400 lunges, 500 sit-ups, and 10*8 push-ups. I broke the lunges/pu / su in 100 lunges, 2*8 push-ups, 125 various sit ups and crunches and did this 4 times, because I could not remember how many push-ups. I guess I should get down and do 15 more, right?

look like everyone is hanging in there. Great job Wendy on getting caught up on the rotation! Today I will do HCEX2. To be honest with you I hope to not have to see this dvd again for awhile :) Not that I find it so hard but it does have that imax3 in it and I am sick to death of imax3 as I have to modify to keep from blowing out a knee. Ok enough of my complaining :) I will add a SS workout in tonight. I been trying o do them 5 days a week even while doing the rotation. I just love freestyle for lower body so much!

Hey Gals!

Yep...I'm still hanging in there!!

I had to make a few changes over the weekend...but I think it all worked out in the end.

Friday - I ran 5.5 miles and did biceps and triceps. I didn't do PUB because I felt I had done enough upper body for the week.

Saturday - I taught a class that consisted of weights and cardio.

Sunday - I ran 7.5 miles and did Legs & Glutes

Today - I did HCEX2...and will do shoulder work later.

Wendy - Good job on your workouts. I happy to hear that you lost 2 lbs...awesome!!!

Dorothy - Hey...if you can miss and still like the scales...I'd say that is a good thing!!

Terri - We have been doing a bunch of IMAX3. Don't think you'll be seeing anymore it on this rotation. We have IMAX2 next week but that's it....see there is a light at the end of the tunnel after all!!
