Jan Rotation 1-26

Hello fellow rotationers!! I wish I wasn't behind. I was fine with it up til yesterday, now I want to be with everybody else!!

Today is IMAX2 and that 30 run.

TK, I saw your post on the thread yesterday. Sounds like a lot of good information you are putting together. When I do one of the premixes, I pencil in what the premix is made up of on my compendium, so I know what is in that premix next time I look.



I believe I'll continue with the rotation like it is and try to double up workouts this weekend. Right now if I did it as is, I finish on Monday, but I believe I'll either do two workouts on Saturday or Sunday and finish on Sunday. I'll do one in the morning and one in the evening. Hopefully I'll get the double in on Saturday.

Good Morning Fellow Rotationers!

Today is KPC, 500 jumping jacks and 10 min. Jump rope (and calf stretching).
Phyllis what time do you get up to get your workouts done so early???? :eek: I'm always a little jealous when I see I'm just thinking about doing mine and you are already done!!!:p Way to go!

I have some doms today from all the ab work yesterday and my legs are a little tight too. Today's workout should be interesting!!!

Becky, I wake up a littleafter 4, and try to begins my WO by 4:30. Of course, it depends on how I feel and how much time I need for that particular WO. If I don't do early AM, I'm afraid that it just doesn't happen. I work FT and have 3 active kids. Phyllis

Phillis my hat is off to you. Full time work 3 kids and the Jan rotation is an amazing combination.

Ok KPC is done, minus abs. As soon as my coffee is digested I will do KPC abs, the jumping jacks and the jumping rope.

Jane please be careful with the two ( Jan rotation )workouts on one day. You don't want an injruy. If you finish one day later it doens't matter.

Judy, you are doing abs after yesterdays situps?? I was really thinking of leaving core out of it today. I have some pretty good doms going on there!
I just finished KPC & 500 jacks. I don't have a jump rope so I'll either do some other cardio or just pretend I have a jp & jump around on my own . Haven't decided yet.

Just my 2 cents here, but I'm with Judy. This rotation is super tough on it's own. There's no way I would double up these workouts!!
I would worry about fatigue and injury!
If you do....remember to get extra stretching in!!!!
 
Hi everyone, just didn't feel like KPC today, so I did Christi Hi/lo Heaven and ab hits. Nice change of pace, I am still feeling my legs this week!
 
Hi everyone! Up at 4:15 to do KPC, 500 jumping jacks and 10 minutes of rope! I am pooped! I love getting my workouts done early though. It starts my day off right!

KPC, jumping jacks,(virtual) jump rope, and stretching complete. It was too windy and cold this morning to go outside so I did the jumping sans rope. This morning I was thinking about the total assault we are doing to our abs this week. Yesterday there was the abs in Power Hour, then the sit ups. The 80 pushups gives a good core workout too. Today on the stability ball I started to feel it. It was a good burn though LOL.

Since I don't go into work until 9:00 and my commute is just 3 miles, I'm lucky that I don't have to get up until 6:15 (before this rotation it was 6:45). You girls getting up at 4:00 amaze me. I'm a night owl from a family of early birds. I must have gotten a defective gene somehow.

Two more days of this rotation! I see Body Max on the agenda for tomorrow. I might sub some Christi Taylor for the step work at the beginning then pick up Body Max starting with the leg drills on the step.
 
Okay you ladies getting up at 4 am and working full time motivated me!
I went out and bought a jump rope and came home and did my 10 minutes in the garage!

So now I can really say, my workout is complete and now I have a jump rope for the next time!
 
My w/o is done.... IMAX2 without the stretch.... then into that 30 minute run. I noted up top someone said the stretch on IMAX2 wasn't thorough enough (or maybe this was on another day...) anyway, after my run, I did a short cool down walk and then a thorough stretch, much better stretch than the IMAX2 would have given me.

I used a 30 min run instead of a bike ride since I don't have a bike.

Don't worry, I won't overdo doubling up the w/o's. I was thinking of doing a morning w/o on Saturday and then an evening one. It would be KPC, 500 jj (geez those again!) jump rope, and calf stretching in the a.m. and Body Max in the p.m. That really sounds doable to me physically, now time-wise, we'll see. I am going out with DD during the day on Saturday and probably out to eat with DH Saturday evening. We'll see how everything works out.
