I hope you are getting better every day. I have preoredered the new dvds and am so excited to see what you have in store for us. My question has to do with the January 2004 rotation. This is the first rotation of yours I have done. In week 4 on Thursday and Saturday you have only about 30 minutes of cardio. Is there a reason for the shortened workout? I am thinking maybe for the recovery factor. Could I add more or do I need to give myself a break. BTW, I am trying to lose about 10 pounds and get some definition by the beginning of June. Any suggestions? Thank You.
