<--- tried one in the store before purchasing the Precor elliptical but decided to go with the elliptical
<--- thinks the elliptical trainer is a more versatile machine and it's the one recommended by the team orthopedic docs for the area pro football team (they recommend ellipticals over other types of machines, and the Precor specifically because it is a true ellipse and won't make your knees jut past your toes)
<--- really can't tell you much about the Arc trainer because once she decided to go with the elliptical she didn't bother to gather more info on it, but HTH
<--- thinks Judy should contact Lauramax for better info on the Arc
