<--says they are picking up oldest niece at the airport at 7 am because her semester in Africa and the tacked on vacay weeks in Africa are now over

<--is having a lot of anxiety but isn't sure why

<-- doesn't really like the pill nor how it makes <-- feel so <-- don't take it often
<-- knows there are other options, but <-- am trying to do as much as possible on as few drugs as possible
<-- wants to feel like <-- passed the exam <--self if that makes any sense

<-- tried to get him to switch to the wooden chair or even the high step but he wouldn't do it x(
<-- gasped when <-- read Robin's post about the movie and the sad part and GO GO GO get out of there! ;)
<-- doesn't think it's right that houseguests wake up that early
<-- thinks 8pm may be it for nighty night tonight
<-- guesses that means <-- have some work to do! ;)

<--finished pruning, planting and digging out old nasty bushes

<--tells Ame that <--get up at 4:15 on workdays
<--usually go to bed by 9 or 10
<--is sure FN is doing fine with her company
<--hope Catherine's back settles down
<--loves the pool but would rather pay dues and go somewhere rather than keep a pool in working order...cleaning...chemicals, etc.
<--have tomorrow off, then back to work!!
<--is off to shower and then make a batch of cranberry almond biscotti...YUM!!

<--must admit, however, that working with adults is much more difficult than working with children (taught 1st grade for about 25 years)

<-- is off to do some sort of LB: <-- think 4DS legs and then BG lower body
<-- reports that bootcamp tomorrow will be cone agility stuff and a longer ab section than normal
<-- haven't decided how much <-- will make them RUN }(
