<--- DD went to a fluidity class at the gym she uses and was singing it's praises last evening ( opps <- mean moaning about DOMS )
<--- had issues with surround sound and rehooking up DVD since WO room is under construction x( x(
<---still does not have it working
<--- DS disconnected the brains of the surround sound because we told him to be quiet one late night
<--- now we can't get it working again. :eek:
<--- have all sorts of speakers coming out of everywhere and NO sound!
<---has major clutter with TM and EXT squished into lower level TV area, and is having (extended) family and possibly 2 Russian kids stay with us next weekemd.
<--- also gets DD and her room mate ( for a short weekend from NY) whom <--- can't wait to spoil!

<--has been trying to make the transition from Jari Love to Cathe
<--had her butt kicked by Power Hour the last two weekends and then spent the entire week recuperating :p
<--says the chest takes about 3 days, the quads and glutes take about 4-5 days, and the lower back takes a full 6-7 days :(
<--has been thru this before, and knows it will get better eventually
<--will hang in there
