<-- is an instructor (ACE certified thanks to the women in this forum!!) for Time Out Services, who holds community boot camp classes daily at locations throughout the Silicon Valley and SF peninsula. www.communitybootcamp.com
<-- meets about 45 people in a local park at 6am Mon-Friday and leads them through an hour of exercises until another 20 people show up at 7 and we do it all again
<-- says it is not aerobics, it's a mix of different military-type drills like jumping jacks, suicide sprints, running through hula hoops on the ground like tires, etc
<-- also can use weights and picnick benches for leg presses and triceps dips and there is a jungle gym for pullups
<-- says the park is in a neighborhood with tons of hills, so we also do stuff that involves lunges or running up the hills, etc
