<---is thinking of doing either 2 full body days, or splitting it up over 3 days with upper and lower body on separate days, then a full body day
<---went for a short walk with DH today and he said she set a FEROCIOUS pace

<--used to love weight work
<--started with Pure Strength and used to do 1 workout per day for about 45 mins. 4-5 days per week
<--was madly in love with Pure Strength and did nothing else for the first year or so
<--then went to Slow & Heavy, which was a whole other love affair that lasted almost another year
<--is envious of Michele and wishes she could go back to all that but is too busy trying to increase her billing hours and make partner this year to focus her energy on really getting into working out in an all-out way
<--is leaving tomorrow at 4 pm for New Jersey

<---says Malcolm in the Middle is very hard to describe, but involves dad, mom, and 4 sons, 3 still at home (sound familiar?)--who do some unbelievable things, but the mom is a tuffy, one son is a genius and they're all a bit crazy
