Where was everyone yesturday? Must've all been busy!

Jean - how you feeling? Back to normal?

I had a really slck day today. Was so tired after my late night, then had to get up and do the school run. So was flat and behaved accordingly. Ate badly, then tonight I thought, oh i'll just do a bit of jari. Ended up doing all of Ripped 1000, going low on the legs. I didn't think i was going to get to the end of the video. That going low is tough!! very tough!!

See you all over the weekend hopefully.

I'm hoping everyone is O.K, just busy.
 
Hey Andrea,im ok...i wasn't around much yesterday in the checkin's....didn't really check in anywhere,i did post in the OD area though,just one of my complainy,whinny threads about my darn work. Im over it now;) Great job with Jari !!! Ive got two of her workouts here and I have yet to do them:confused: ive talked about it but haven't done it:eek: Hey I didn't know you were a police officer? Hey to everybody,what are yall doing today?

yesterday i did a 45min walk/run interval! I was kinda proud of myself for running for 15mins straight and I would of ran farther if It wasn't for all these darn hills around here:confused: I took my doggie with me and we were both huffing and a puffing,i think there is some mucus in my lunges!

today is LIC...can't wait to sweat it out!

ok,off to skip around cathe land a bit...bbl

Tonite is Get Ripped. Managed to get my workout in after I shut the dog out she thought I was playing a game and she wanted to play to this dog is almost as tall as I am.

Amelia-***HAPPY BIRTHDAY***, looks like you had a good workout yesterday.

Andrea-hats off to you for succeeding in a mans job no wonder you have to put up with a bunch of idiots.

Jean-how are you today and whats in store for you?

Hi everyone, just a drive by post as I'm running a little late this morning. Got up and took the dogs for 20 minute jog and then came home and tackled LIS. I did the whole step portion and finally got most of. Still having trouble with the step, sweep pivot on my right side. I can go left just fine, but when I go right, my pivots and steps get mixed up. At least I can say that by breaking it down and doing a little each day, I no longer hate it. Down a pound since last Friday's WI. Sure wish it it been more. Probably would have been if I hadn't eaten 3 cookies at work and 2 more at home yesterday. Actually those will probably show up on the scale tomorrow. Oh well with me sweets seem to be a never ending battle.

Hi Girls,

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I read a bit of yesterdays post but never finished or had a chance to respond. Well, this week has been a bust as far as eating goes and my WOs have been lacking.

Andrea: Great job with your WO. I don't know how you do it. I just could not get a WO in at night. The puppy is good. She is really a good girl. She just loves the dishwasher. As soon as she hears me open it she comes running at high speed and jumps on the door ready to lick the plates!!!:eek:

Amelia: have fun with LIC! I like the cardio in that one.

Roxie: Good job getting your WO in.

Jean: The sweep was a little hard to get at first for me too. I have a few WO where I can do my right side but forget it for the left.I really have to concentrate.

Yesterday I didn't get a WO in, only a short 3/4mi. walk. Today I did GS B/S/B premix L&G ankle weights standing with pole and glute lifts.

The weather is not suppose to nice this weekend. :(

Slow and Heavy legs and shoulders with cardio mix from LIC.

So, so far, I've not done anyworkout I planned at the beginning of the week.

I joined Beachbody today, mainly so i can get my hands on a copy of CharLean Extreme when it comes out. Looks really really good!

thanks everybody!!!! Well,my DH got me a new bottle of perfume since i ran out over the summer....anybody ever try Clinque 'Happy" OMG i love that stuff! I usually wear 'white diamonds' by Elizabeth Taylor because it smells good on me and doesn't break my pocket book;) And you guys know about the HRM i ordered for myself:D My babies both ran into the room yesterday(after there father wispered to them,lol) and gave me hugs with birthday kisses. And my DH took me out to dinner last night!

So now that the birthday is done and over(thankgoodness) its back to my diet and workouts....ive done good this week with my workouts! Im proud of that one accomplishments:D NOW its time to work on my diet,starting today!

I finished LIC yesterday and was SO TIRED last night I went to bed at 9pm:eek: which is really early for me! Today is probably going to be an off day with alot of water drinking...my scale is up quite a bit from my dinner last night so i need to flush my system. I haven't taken an off day so far this week which is AWESOME! Whoohoo,that means im back to it agian:D

Andrea-Good workout planned today...love that LIC!

Elaine-awesome workout yesterday...i was tired from just reading it:confused: its suppose to rain all weekend here too! We live on a lake and its so low so i don't really mind the rain....I hope it clears for you though!!!

Jean-Congratulations on the weightloss!!! Thats great! high fives!!! Great workout too!

Today is 4ds LIS step only and then abs. I to have done really well with workouts this week, and up until yesterday the eating wasn't so bad either.

Andrea-great workout I would like to order chalene extreme when it comes out but it sounds like it will be expensive.

Amelia-just not real thrilled with get ripped this first two weeks of the rotation I have only been doing it 2 times a week but starting monday I am suppose to do it 3 times so I am hoping the results will be better but I do have DOMS in my shoulders today. What are your workout plans for today?

Hi everyone. Today will be a rest day and it better only be one. I have a habit of following a great workout week(worked out 6 days in a row this week Yea!!) with a rest week or two, LOL. Thanksgiving is too close for me to fall off the wagon.

Amelia, glad you enjoyed your birthday. Did you get you HRM yet?

Looks like we all had a good workout week. Let keep the momentum going.

No WO for me today. I managed to get my son to his mixed martial arts class on time this morning. That's a first!:D

Jean: you sound like me with the eating. I am really good for a week or two then fall way off.:confused: I figure if I keep trying it will come eventually.Hopefully before I am 80!:D

Andrea:Chalean extreme looks a lot like sts but probably not as expensive.
I've never tried any of the Beachbody WOs.

Roxie: Have fun with LIS!

Amelia: Rain is better than snow!! Which is what they had predicted at first. It is very foggy here today. The rain is just a drizzle. I love it when my kids remember a special day even if DH has to wisper it to them!:p

Hoping everyones having a grouse weekend. My weekend was quiet. Its my three year olds fourth birthday on Tuesday so I went shopping for her birthday presents today and thats about the highlight of the day!

Workout wise I completed Slow and Heavy bis and tris. no cardio today.

I've decided that I truly hate food! I am sick of being on this "see food" diet. However, I've got no idea how to get off it:mad: Sulk sulk.

Good morning girls!

Yesterday i drank like a horse and today i was down 4.2 lbs of water weight. My body gains and loses water weight so easy,i guess thats a good thing. so that leaves four more lbs of water weight then i will be back to square one!! (yep, as of yesterday im up 8lbs :confused::mad:)

Jean-Did you enjoy your rest day yesterday? Great job with your workouts this week! I know what you mean about falling of the wagon right before thanksgiving....i refuse too,i just got back on the darn thing:confused: What workout you doing today?

Roxie-Have you got BM2,you know those 'fast feet' in the first combo? It took me FOREVER to get them,i got so frustrated at one point i put the dvd on ebay:rolleyes: im so dramatic,lol. Im glad you got your step frustration done....feels good doesn't it!

Elaine-My DD is starting martial arts monday:):) she is six(seven in december) and I thought it would be good for her to have a little hobby of her own. And she is VERY shy like me and it may help her come out of her shell a little bit. The instructor guy gave her a two week discount incase she doesn't like it. How long has your son been doing it?

Andrea-what did you get your three year old for her b-day? Great job with slow and heavy!!!!

Good Morning,

Today is a rest day stretch day for me. Asked FF for some advice on what my workout plan should be based on my body type decided to mix things up now I will be doing cardio 3xs aweek total body 2xs and one circut workout I am hoping this helps.

Amelia-good job on the workout. I have yet to fiqure out the fast feet repeater. I don't communicate much with my MIL either.

Andrea-what did you get your little one for her b-day they are so much fun at that age.

Jean-hope you enjoyed your off day.

Hey girls,im done with my workout! I did an run interval....5 mins at 3.0, then 10 mins at 4.5, repeated that. then finished with a 3.0 for five minutes burned close to 300 cals on the treadmill.
also did the recorded version of coremax 1

man,i can't wait until my HRM gets here.....I purchased it last monday and still no email notification from the seller of it being shipped:mad: I dont like that:mad: I sent an email on thursday asking if they have shipped it yet,still no word:mad:
