Hi everyone! Hoping to be a bit more regular here now that Xmas is gone and the New Year is almost here. Haven't done a "real" WO in I don't know how long, but I got a Wii Fit for Xmas and have been playing w/ that a bit. The balance games are fun and work the core reasonably well so I'll do those since you all know how much I LOVE traditional core work

. The hula hoop exercises in the aerobic section were fun too and I did crack a sweat. Yoga was also fun since it monitors how well you balance.
My DS was working with it too - he's a bit on the chubby side and has NO UB strength so I'll take anything I can get in the WO department for him. He had a blast!
As far as food is concerned, I've been OK - not fabulous, but not awful either. I'm on SparkPeople right now and have been no more than 100 calories over my target for about 4 days now. Not too bad.
Andrea, I LOL about not seeing any movies with over a "G" rating. I'm there (mostly - I think I get an occasional PG). I'm planning to see Desperaux in the next few days - both kids want to see it since their school did a school-wide reading project w/ it last year.
