**Its Monday and its the Challengers WEEK!

Exactly what it is I've been talked in to, I'm not really looking forward to. (sigh)

Jean - I intend to join you this week. I actually wanted to start today, but I gave myself a dose of heartburn! God I must be getting old! Congradts to you Miss Jean on working out, keep going!

Amelia - I havn't seen Notebook. Actually I havn't seen anything rated over G in ages! Lets talk Kung Fu Panda? Beverly Hills chihuaha, Tinkerbell?

Jean - I thought Marley and Me was a happy film? Why is it sad?

Roxie - My mum drives me NUTS too! Especially when she comes to stay. I think I'll give some of FF's rotation a whirl but just not check in. I don't have PS or SJP which is one I've noticed she uses a lot.

Becca - I laughed sooo much when you told me Pavs are good for you because of the fruit! And theres egg whites in a Pavalova too. I'm grabbing onto the wagon, running along, trying my best to get on!

Pauline - Where are you? How was your christmas?

Good Morning,

This morning was pyramid triceps, chest and abs and MM triceps and chest. This was a tought workout wanted to get it done this morning while my mom was still asleep.

Andrea-I don't have the pure strength series either but she broke it down for us I still think I might use GS instead.

Amelia-we posted at the same time hope you get to feeling better.

Happy Monday all. Christmas is behind us (literally behind me, I'm sitting on it, LOL) So let's bring in the New Year Strong and Lean. I'm going to try to eat well til New Year's. I know I'll have a few drinks to bring in the New Year so I'm trying to save up some calories.

Andrea, glad you decided to get back on the wagon. When you said you were running along side of it, it reminded me of when I use to take horse vaulting lessons as a kid. We would run along side the horse, grab on and launch ourselves up on to the horse. So launch yourself up into this wagon. Hope your heartburn is better. As for the movie, the reason it is sad is because it's about the life of the dog, including the end when he gets old, sick and then ....... Loosing a pet is so hard as most of us here know over the last year or so. Other than that, it was quite funny. One of those that makes you laugh and cry.

This morning was portions of Butts and Gutts, without the Gutts. I haven't done a leg workout in a while and I'm scared of the doms tomorrow.

I just got done doing PUB and MM Chest and Tri's plus PUB abs. My arms are jello and my chest is burning. That Fitness Freak is one crazy woman! Thank goodness tomorrow is cardio because I couldn't handle lifting a single 3 lb'er right now! Good stuff, though. :)

Andrea, I'm glad you are back on the wagon. You can do it!

Roxie, how are you feeling after that workout? It was tough!

Amelia, I hope your cold goes away quick! Feel better soon!

Hi everyone! Hoping to be a bit more regular here now that Xmas is gone and the New Year is almost here. Haven't done a "real" WO in I don't know how long, but I got a Wii Fit for Xmas and have been playing w/ that a bit. The balance games are fun and work the core reasonably well so I'll do those since you all know how much I LOVE traditional core work :p. The hula hoop exercises in the aerobic section were fun too and I did crack a sweat. Yoga was also fun since it monitors how well you balance.

My DS was working with it too - he's a bit on the chubby side and has NO UB strength so I'll take anything I can get in the WO department for him. He had a blast!

As far as food is concerned, I've been OK - not fabulous, but not awful either. I'm on SparkPeople right now and have been no more than 100 calories over my target for about 4 days now. Not too bad.

Andrea, I LOL about not seeing any movies with over a "G" rating. I'm there (mostly - I think I get an occasional PG). I'm planning to see Desperaux in the next few days - both kids want to see it since their school did a school-wide reading project w/ it last year.

Time for me to scoot - I think my DVD rip program crashed :confused: Won't be the first time today. TTYL!
