It's Great to Be Back!

After a long hiatus (AKA the horror of grad school), I am finally getting back into a fitness routine. I had been going to the gym 3x/week, but I just wasn't excited about my workouts. I even tried switching them up because I thought I was just bored, but they were seriously lacking something.

During the past week, I decided to break out my Cathe DVDs. What a difference!! I've been excited about working out again. Not only are her workouts fun, but she really is engaging and keeps the motivation factor UP. Also, now that I'm a big bad physical therapist (lol), I really do appreciate the incorporation of functional exercises into her routines, and the scientific rationale offered behind even the craziest of her moves. My body is starting to feel strong and I'm working muscles that hadn't even been woken up in the gym. Cathe, you certainly are the best!!!!

nice to see you back again and well done: a fine achievement, so worth dedicating yourself to your program and future career. Hope you feel proud of yourself! So, what is your qualification and where did you earn it? How long did it take? How did you fund it? So many questions!

Welcome back and congrats!! You'll be a great role model to your clients being a PT and keeping yourself in shape.

I agree, Cathe is the best. I love starting my morning off working out with Cathe and crew.
