It's good to be back after surgery

Cathe- Thanks again for the low impact workouts, I recently had a "partial" hysterectomy and was laid up for awhile. The low impact and beginner workouts are a real lifesaver for me because they are allowing me to get back in shape gradually. I will soon be at 100%, so hopefully I will be able to start the advanced workouts again....

Cant wait for the new workouts!!! I have ordered them, but they will be sitting on my shelf for awhile :-(

You're the woman!

Hi Michele! I'm sorry to hear of your surgery but so glad to hear that you are doing so well in your recovery. Best wishes for a full and healthy recovery. Of course you know not to rush back. Take it day by day and soon enough you will be back to your prior fitness levels. Hugs!

Hi Michele,

Obviously not Cathe here, but I wanted to wish you good luck on your recovery and getting back to 100% so that you can do the workouts that you want. I also had a hysterectomy last year and even though the dr released me at 6 weeks and told me to work out, it took a while longer to be able to do everything and not have pain and swelling. Aren't we lucky to have Cathe to inspire us to get back in the saddle again!

Cathe and Bev- thanks for your well wishes- I appreciate you taking the time- No wonder Cathe has such a huge following :)

Yes, I am taking it slow and still have some post surgical issues, but still take it a day at a time. I tried pushing myself in the beginning, but it didn't help at all- I have realized that after something like this, you really have to listen to your body. Anyway-thanks again for the concern- I will stare at the new workouts for awhile as a heal- :+
