<---hopes Shelley got that pile of stuff her boss dumped on her under control
<---thinks Melody's kids have been sick for way too long and they need to hurry and get better
<---is totally, completely zapped and kind of down in the dumps
<---can't place a finger on exactly why
<---is just tired of running in circles all the time
<---is tired of bad elbows, and now thinks it's affecting the wrists
<---is incredibly grateful for a 3-day weekend
<---will move nice and slow today, enjoy some yardwork,bake some bread, and not hurry
<---except, of course, when doing Cardio By Cathe, when moving fast is a good thing
<---missed y'all yesterday but just didn't have the energy to get up a half hour earlier to post in the a.m.; then was in bed by 8:30 p.m.!
