It's a bummer...

Okay...so...exactly a week ago...I was working out to Cathe's IMAX 3 DVD and guess what? I was jumping off of the step (doing knee ups with a clap) and when I came down I SPRAINED MY ANKLE! Arggh!

So that's why I am having trouble staying away from food and talking non-stop on this open discussion forum. Boy does it hurt, I can start working out a week from today..that's IF I can walk and jump and all that jazz w/o it hurting...we'll see! Ummm...anyone can respond if they want! Just thought I'd get that out!
