Holy hell. I just had my ass handed to me in a neat little package this morning. This workout kicks it, for real. Only 40 min but it is fantastic. I alternated b/w runner and jogger pace b/c I had no idea what I was getting into.
Steady 5ish min, starting to increase
two intense hills (incline 8.0 and 10.0)
Back to steady, increase pace
go from 6.5ish to 7.5ish increasing by .1 every minute
Steady 5 min at the end
This is the basic outline. I could be missing something but, yeah. Grace is on my poo list now. Mwahahahaha.
