itrain seems to be very popular around this and several other forums. For those of you who use itrain which programs do you use and have you had good results. I've been reading a lot about iballet, isculpt, itread, and iclimb. These workouts sound phenominal and I am seriously considering ordering some of them. Another question I have is I am a very visual person, will that make workouts like iballet and isculpt difficult for me or are they pretty easy to follow? Thanks.:D
 
I have tried 4 different iclimb workouts on the elliptical trainer and love them. I hated cardio machines before I used itrain and for some reason barely broke a sweat on the elliptical. Wow, that changed with using the iclimb programs. I am soaked after a workout and push myself hard. Plus the coach Keith is great. I haven't tried, but I heard that these workouts also translate well onto treadmills. I have done one itread on the treadmill and loved that. The time flew and I went faster than I normally do. These programs keep reminding you to challenge yourself on cardio machines and I need that. I downloaded an iballet and and istretchcombo, but I haven't had time to do them yet. You do get a pdf file with these downloads, but I am not sure how it would work for you since you are a visual person. I too am a visual person and I am a little scared to try these.
