I've just recently discovered the itrain series and all I have to say is WOW!!! I did my first one yesterday...an itread (set 5/40 minutes) and it was the best treadmill workout I had ever done...UNTIL...I did iclimb (set 5/40 minutes) today...and THAT was by far the best treadmill workout I have ever done.
I was pretty wiped after the itread yesterday and I decided to give the iclimb a try as more of a "recovery" cardio workout today since I had just planned on walking. Well needless to say I felt more wiped after today's workout than yesterday's!! Like I said for the majority of the workout I walked and then every time he said to up the resistance I just upped the incline...I did run on the sprints though, but not at a super fast pace or anything. I was completely drenched when I got off of the treadmill.
These are the best things ever invented I think!! I haven't been able to run too much outside these days due to the crazy heat and humidity here so I broke down and decided to try these...I'm really glad I did. It definately redefines the concept of a cardio machine workout. The time flew by and it was not at all boring!!
