I did an Itrain Itri workout yesterday. I loved it, but felt I wasn't working out hard enough on the bike and elliptical. i might not be using them properly. On the iclimb part, they used a scale of 1-10. Does that mean you go a level say 7, the ellipticals at my gym go up to a level 20. we also have elliptical you can change the resisitance and incline. I was just confused on what to change. Maybe on some of the reglar iclimbs they give you more instruction. Like for the treadmill, they tell you the speed and incline. Same with the bile, you can change the resistance up to a level 20. Do you use a regular bike or a spin bike. Thanks for any help. Mary
