Hi,

I was on the ITrain site to download a free workout, when I noticed the ITrain Diet ones.. I went over to look and found out they were free PDF files.. I got all 3 and printed this morning. Wow, what helpful information and listings of the food that is recommended for training.. There is even an Express 2 week one to get you started then they recommend you go to what the call the "Training" food list. For those of us (like me !) that usually end up eating whatever is on hand because I am too lazy to think of other things, this is a great tool to have. There is also a good Glycemic Index Guide provided as well.
 
I actually just downloaded these the other day too. I thought it was really interesting. Personally, Grace's 2 week express plan scares me, lol. Remember that that part was created for use by her 'stars' getting ready for an event. ANYWAY...I agree with you. Very interesting information on those pages!

I agree that the Express is pretty scary...it reminds me of the first 4 weeks of the Southbeach diet, but at least it's only 2 weeks and you can have dairy like cottage cheese, etc.
